DESIGNING A HIGH-CONVERSION PRE-ORDER EXPERIENCE FOR VOLKSWAGEN T-ROC

This project focused on crafting a seamless and conversion-driven digital journey for the Volkswagen T-Roc pre-order experience. The goal was to simplify the vehicle configuration and booking process while maintaining a strong, premium brand presence aligned with Volkswagen’s identity.

The experience integrates intuitive UX, clean and modern UI design, and smooth frontend interactions to guide users effortlessly from exploration to reservation. Each step of the journey was carefully designed to reduce friction, improve clarity, and enhance user confidence throughout the pre-order process.
