ENHANCING AUDI AUSTRALIA’S AUTOMOTIVE DIGITAL EXPERIENCE THROUGH AUDIT-DRIVEN IMPLEMENTATION
This project focused on auditing and enhancing the digital marketing and communication platforms for Audi Australia, a leading automotive brand. The primary objective was to improve usability, responsiveness, and performance across digital touchpoints while maintaining Audi’s premium automotive design standards.
A comprehensive UI/UX and frontend audit was conducted to identify inconsistencies, performance gaps, and responsiveness issues across platforms. Based on these insights, improvements were implemented across digital components and templates, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and high-quality experience across devices.
A key focus area was the design and development of responsive email templates using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. These templates were optimized for cross-device compatibility and consistent rendering across major email clients, while aligning with Audi’s global automotive brand guidelines.
