DESIGNING A SMART VEHICLE ORDER TRACKING EXPERIENCE FOR ŠKODA AUSTRALIA
Track My Order is a smart, user-centric vehicle tracking experience designed to provide customers with real-time visibility into their car order journey—from confirmation to delivery.
The platform allows users to track their vehicle using a unique commission number, offering clear insights into production status, estimated delivery timelines, and key vehicle details. The goal was to simplify a typically uncertain waiting period by delivering transparent, structured, and easy-to-understand information.
The design focuses on a clean, minimal interface with strong visual hierarchy, ensuring users can quickly access important updates without confusion. Multiple user scenarios—including onboarding, successful tracking, and error handling—were carefully designed to create a complete and seamless experience.
Built with a mobile-first and responsive approach, the platform ensures consistent usability across all devices, enhancing accessibility and overall customer satisfaction.
