BUILDING A REAL-TIME VIDEO COMMUNICATION PLATFORM FOR INSTANT CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
iCalls is a video communication product developed by BrookWin Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., designed to enable instant, secure, and frictionless video interactions between businesses and users.
The platform allows users to initiate HD video calls directly from a website without downloads, enabling real-time engagement in just a few seconds.
The goal of the project was to create a seamless, scalable, and high-performance video calling experience combined with powerful role-based dashboards for managing interactions, users, and communication workflows.
The solution integrates real-time communication using LiveKit with a modern frontend architecture built on React.js and Next.js. Special focus was given to usability, responsiveness, and speed to ensure a smooth experience across devices and network conditions.
